John Grants (Estate Agents) Ltd. protects monies of clients through: NALS – CMP (Client Money Protection scheme?), we are also members of a redress scheme: The Property Ombudsman – TPO’ (Consumer Rights Act s83)

Energy Performance Certificates

We do not sell or let any property without a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) landlords and vendors can contact our office for further guidance on arranging an EPC.

In addition to the above, new Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Regulations which came into effect on the 1st April 2018, means that owners of the least energy-efficient buildings in the UK will be unable to let or renew a lease of their property.
